Hi all,
Thanks to everyone who made it along to the Underwater Club AGM on the 17th April. We had a decent turnout, and it was great to see some new faces!
Firstly, a sincere thank you to everyone who contributed in any way, shape or form to the running of the club in the last 12 months - especially the outgoing committee members, but also to anyone who helped organise a trip (and there were some GREAT ones!), volunteer on the shed roster, pull an anchor, throw out a mermaid line, offer a lift, order a pizza, grease a bearing, carry a buddy's tank, or 101 other things that enable our club to run smoothly and be awesome.
Secondly, please welcome the new (and ongoing) committee members - some of whom are joining for the first time. Be nice to them. Remember - everyone here is volunteering their free time to help the club, but most are also working or studying full time too. The 2019/2020 committee are as follows:
