Pack your thermals, drysuit and your Passport, UWAUC is going overseas….

UWAUC will run its second trip to Tasmania to join in the Tas Uni Dive Club and the States Annual Combined Clubs Weekend.

Potential dive sites for the extended dive trip include Cathedral Caves, Deep Glen Bay, Derwent River Handfish Dives, Tasman Bridge MV Lake Illawarra Dive, Actaeon Island Kelp Forrest Dive and more.

Trip will include Transport from Hobart and back to Hobart between the dates of the 5th to the 12th of June, the plan is to rent a Hilux and tow a boat.

Short Distance Boat Dives on TUDC Dive Boat.

Accommodation from the 5th till the 12th.

Temporary Club Membership of TUDC to allow us to use their compressor, tanks, weights and boats.

Participation and meals during the CCW 2019 Event from the 7th till 10th of June.

Rental gear can be arranged with notice for the period.

Accommodation will be mostly backpacker style and chalets.

Good opportunity to stay on in Hobart afterwards and check out Dark MOFO a really cool winter solstice event.

This is an Expression of Interest, Full costs to be confirmed but budget $650 for all of the above.

Space will be limited to 5 people due to car and boat size.
