Open Water w1

Club members, of course, already have their open water certification - this course allows you to get your friends involved too!

Cost: $400

Prerequisites: Diving Medical, own transport capable of carrying gear around the metro area, must be able to swim 200m or snorkel 300m without stopping, and tread water for 10 minutes.

Course runs over 2 weekends, but candidates need to organise theory before time.

Fri 24/12/2010: fees due. We can provide you with a gift certificate for the course if you want to pay for someone else.

Wed 05/01/2011: Course packs available for pickup, to do theory and watch videos at home.

Fri 14/01/2011: 17:00 - 21:00hr
Sat 15/01/2011: 08:00 - 17:00hr.
Sat 16/01/2011: 08:00 - 17:00hr.

Fri 21/01/2011: 17:00 - 17:30 (pick up hire equipment for the weekend)
Sat 22/01/2011: 08:00 - 17:00hr.
Sun 23/01/2011: 08:00 - 17:00hr.
