Club Gear
We maintain about 20 complete SCUBA kits - BCDs, regs, and about 45 tanks. Almost all the regs have dive computers. Many of the dive computers and some tanks are Nitrox enabled. All the equipment is monitored and serviced regularly.
Gear Hire
Equipment is available at all times. The clubrooms are open at 6.30 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, for about half an hour. But you can get gear any time if you contact the volunteer on roster duty and make a suitable arrangement. You must show your dive certification card and UWA UC sticker every time you hire gear out.

Notes:
- UWAUC does not hire out other accessories, such as torches, and priority for gear is given to courses.
- Wetsuits, weightbelts and bags are limited. Members are advised to have their own.
- All gear is to be washed properly before being returned
- Gear not returned by the due day will incur fines at the daily hire rate
- Sadly, until UWA provides power at the "new" clubrooms we cannot run our compressors. So when you hire tanks from us they will be full - and you need to fill them before returning them.
